WHAT I LEARNED and PROBLEMS I SOLVED

  • I started this class with the expectation that i’d come out of it a music artist. i did not. but i still had a lot of fun, and i learned a lot of things.
  • I taught myself to play bass and that was pretty cool. not necessarily well, but at least mediocre and i’d call that an achievement.
  • i didn’t really want to record because i knew that that room wasn’t super soundproof and i’ma very shy person. but i pushed through and used it anyway even though i didn’t end up using the recordings.

THE COURSE’s ACTIVITY EVALUATION (OVERALL)

Rating: OK  – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5  – HIGHLY ENGAGED

the music MAKING aspect of it. for sure.

bass is probably the coolest instrument ever. it’s super subtle and you can’t hear it unless you try to, but you can DEFINITELY hear when it isn’t there and i think thats awesome also you can make it heard by doing a bass solo which is also pretty rad.

Process (The HOW)

i liked the freedom.

i don’t like the blog very much. i’ve never liked writing reports and that’s essentially what this is.

i would disintegrate the blog.
